Shipping

 

igdalyah.com will offer complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. for all orders over $900. We offer International shipping for a flat rate of $75, not including duties and fees. Please note we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Once an order is in the shipping stage it will not be able to be amended. For all order inquiries please contact info@igdalyah.com.

 

Please note for all shipments over $1,500 a signature will be required. If you would like to omit this please email info@igdalyah.com on top of your order confirmation. We will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages, as well as packaged marked "delivered" by the carrier. If you are unsure about something being delivered to your address, please contact us to require a signature for the shipment.

 

Made to Order

Many of our garments are made to order crafted just for you.

Once your order is placed, production begins. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for your piece to be made and prepared for shipment. These lead times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, material availability, and production complexity. You may receive your order sooner than expected.

Because each item is made specifically for you, all made-to-order purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.

Pre-Order

 

Items available for preorder appear with the option to “Pre-Order” rather than “Add to Cart”, with the estimated ship by date for each item located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for pre-order you will be charged immediately. Once your pre-ordered item(s) ship you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Depending on the items, some orders may arrive sooner than expected. Please note all orders will be shipped in full. For any questions or concerns regarding a pre-order placed, please contact info@igdalyah.com within 10 days of your order confirmation.

Due to the nature of our pre-order, items may be cancelled per our discretion, within 7 business days after pre-order closes. You will be notified and given the option to receive a refund or exchange within 3 business days after receipt of notification.
